"More than a third of companies are outsourcing at least part of their hiring decisions -- twice the number of two years ago, a new survey indicates. According to the online poll conducted in March by the Institute for Corporate Productivity, 34.4 percent of companies contacted outsource some recruitment functions, compared with 15.4 percent in 2005.
