Recruitment Process Management (RPM) Program. . .
The concept of Recruitment Process Management (RPM) is to allow the client to build a scalable, accountable recruitment team for pennies on the dollar (plans start as low as $1,200 per month!). Deliverables will include the following:
- A dedicated representative to lead and coordinate all aspects of the project
- Define the prototype for target candidates utilizing the Mission Profile (where applicable)
- Access to top commercial resume databases
- One posting per quarter in agreement (additional postings $150.00 ea.)
- A-T will conduct initial resume screening from database and all posting responses according to company and position requirements
- A-T will conduct phone-screen interviews with all applicants meeting these requirements
- A-T will conduct/provide a behavioral-based questionnaire requiring written response from each candidate detailing the specific and relevant experiences the candidate may possess which would indicate future success with the client
- Contact will be made with all posting responses to insure professionalism and applicant awareness of process
- A dedicated applicant tracking database will be maintained on behalf of each client and will be client's property accessible at any time
- Project Coordinator will schedule finalist interviews with appropriate client stakeholders
- Project Coordinator will debrief both the appropriate stakeholder and the applicant post interview
- A-T will conduct Professional Reference Checks
- Project Coordinator will assist in details surrounding offer/acceptance/start date negotiation
- Bi-weekly reports providing the following:
- # of sourced candidates
- # of posting responses
- # of interviewed candidates
- # of profiled candidates
- # of presented candidates
