Our Philosophy and Approach. . .
Finding and securing talented people, especially in today's competitive marketplace, is both a challenging and time consuming process. Typically, lean oriented organizations are at a great disadvantage when attempting to tackle such a challenge due to limited internal resources. Outsourcing the positions in the traditional fashion often leads to significant budgetary strains. The "factor" cost approach associated with contract staff (agency or temporary staff) is onerous. Further, the cost for direct hire search campaigns, per hire, typically exceeds a plausible level for an organization experiencing significant hiring needs over a 12 - 24 month timeframe. Because of this we have designed a strategic alternative with definably different deliverables. We call it Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Recruitment Process Outsourcing eliminates the need for clients to differentiate between "staffing firms" and "search firms" as well as the fee methodologies for each. RPO combines both services under one flat monthly management fee thus drastically simplifying monthly payables as well as explicitly quantifying the difference between labor costs and "fees". The objective is to manage a strategic sourcing campaign utilizing several direct and indirect sourcing strategies and then provide thorough screening support to identify qualified, motivated finalist candidates to be introduced into a client's exclusive database. All candidates are sourced exclusively for the client and will not be utilized in any other capacity other than placement in the client's business. This is a very different approach from a traditional contingency recruiting model.

"Finding the best employees is never as simple as posting a job listing online, sending out an internal memo, or even calling up professional contacts. As every company looks to hire the best, competition is heating up in the labor market. Whether they are small, niche hires or massive, group staffing efforts, meeting labor needs is increasingly difficult. Planning and executing a recruitment program takes expertise, time commitment, and a sizeable team that many companies don't have." - Denise Doig, Managing Editor of HRO Today.
