Roger Brummett has been in the recruitment and staffing solutions industry for 25 years. He is a past two-term President of the Indiana Association of Personnel Services, and a past two-term member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Personnel Services.

He is also a nationally recognized speaker and trainer for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Industry. He has been a keynote speaker at virtually every staffing and recruiting conference or convention in the United States, including most recently the national gathering of the largest independently owned RPO and staffing companies at the National Temp-Net Annual Conference in Miami.

Mr. Brummett is both a Certified Personnel Consultant and a International Certified Consultant.

Terry Kaufman, CPC - Controller/CFO
Terry Kaufman has twenty years of experience in the Human Resource Services Industry and is both a Certified Personnel Consultant, and a Certified Personnel Consultant Trainer.

Mr. Kaufman has 30 years experience in executive financial leadership positions within corporations including running large hospital systems.

He has counseled multi-million dollar operators of successful recruitment and staffing business in sound financial management, and worked in the industry for both regional and national firms.
